FAQ

What are credits?
Credits are the currency of Drawatoon. When you buy a subscription, you get credits. When you generate images, you spend credits.
What is a Reference Character Slot?
You can upload character images as references to generate consistent characters. Reference Character Slots are the number of unique reference characters you can store at any given time. If you reach the limit, you can delete old reference characters to make space for new ones. Note that for each reference character, you can upload up to 5 images.
How can I cancel/change my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time from the 'Account' section on the dashboard. Note that any changes will only take effect at the end of the current billing period. In other words, if you cancel your plan you can continue to use the platform until the end of the billing period. Similarly, if you downgrade/upgrade your plan, it will not be downgraded/upgraded until the next payment date.
Can I use the images I generate for commercial purposes?
